Tips from Nick
Sealing all edges with caulk prior to color finishing gives an even sleeker result. HUE Omniglow LED strips were used for the lighting. We milled the grooves ourselves prior to assembly. The wall sockets were originally intended to be hidden behind the cabinet. We chose to conceal the electrical wiring under the cabinet behind a 10 cm high plinth. To achieve this, the wiring was extended from the hidden wall sockets. To create space for the plinth, adjustable leveling feet, normally used for kitchen cabinets, were utilized. We used 14 leveling feet along the length, considering the load-bearing capacity. The cabinet is finished in a matte RAL7044 color from LAB colour the world.
